Baring Performance Management (BPM) is an elite racing organization focused on athlete development, community engagement, and purpose-driven competition. With deep roots in the Southeast and a growing base in Colorado, BPM is uniquely positioned to connect high-performance racing with authentic, grassroots community building.

BPM manages a roster of 6-8 elite off-road riders with a record of national-level success:

• 3x MTB National Champion

• 1x Gravel National Champion

• 2024 Elite Men’s Unbound 100 Winner

• Leadville MTB 100: Top 30 Elite Men & multiple amateur podiums

• USA Cycling Gravel Nationals: Multiple Age Group podiums
